Nice pics Mike.

I have seen some areas that look just like that down here too. The skunk river is really bad.

I was hoping that maybe this was gonna start to settle down now that the snow is gone but it sure looks like we got a lot more water headed down this way.

all the flooding is from the Des Moines river in a few different towns. they are calling for rain and measurable snow up here for later this week Shocked

Not that it is much comfort but at least the Des Moines dumps into the big river south of all of our fishing grounds. So that one don't bother me too bad.

Sucks for the people along the river though.

Nice pics once again Mike, looks like that fella should have thought a little bit more before building his house in a flood plain. Hate to see all that water this early, considering we haven't had alot of rain yet this spring. Where is the pic with the rock wall from? Reminds me of Ledge's state park.

Great pics Mike, at least it the high water will get rid of the ice quickly for ya. Just need the water to go down now. Need to find ya a lake around there with no ice and give it a go. Your rivers are the same as ours, sucks when thats all you got within a hour drive.

Like the goose pics too!
