I thought it was pretty cut and dried, Kyle blocked, which was fine, but then tried to block again but Tony was already there and he basically wrecked himself.

I know Tony didn't like the whole deal, but I never did hear from Kyle about his thoughts on it. (Which is prolly the best move he's ever made.) smartazz

Totally agree.

I hate racing that you have to block, but that is plate racing.

I'm still amazed Stewart felt bad....I think that is the very first time I've ever heard him say "sorry" ....ever? Shocked

Yeah, I would say that he had nothing to feel bad about.

Like they said on the telecast. Block me once and your fine but do it twice and there is gonna be a wreck.

Fact is Tony got him, he worked the move took him down low and he blocked, he then got the fender on him high and that was that, either Kyle was gonna block and win/or get wrecked, or finish second. Now that is when the Kyle Busch part of things comes in. You know it is gonna be checkers or wreckers for that guy and today it happened to be wreckers. I don't fault the guy for that at all. Obviously he wants to win more than anyone out there and it is showing in his performance.

Now does a day like that cost him in points? Yes big time! That is why he may have a hard time winning any championships. He is not a points racer. 2nd would have been fine if he was big picture racing. Obviously he as not. Nothing wrong with that though. Going back to the ole Jimmy Spencer approach. Smile

Tony's car didn't move . he didn't come down on Kyle or anything. Like you said, Kyle wrecked himself. As Earnhardt Sr. used to say "Just one of them racin deals"

How about the shot Kyle took from Kahne MAN he got DRILLED Driving
