Well I will let the question speak for itself but I was thinking about this this morning. Just about everything else is an olympic sport anymore. So why isn't bass fishing or any type of sport fishing.

Anyone know or ever heard anything about this?

Probably because you can't Bass fish anywhere. If the Olympics were held in London could you have a lake nearby that could be fished for Bass? Just a guess?

Also NASCAR isn't an Olympic sport either, or any race car competition either as far as I know, and thats a pretty big sport around the world.

Prolly all comes down to money and what will bring in the most people. Just like most things...

Maybe they could add an Ice Fishing Tourney for the Winter Olympics! Idea Laughing
