Hey all,
Was just scrolling through all my tweets from the last hour and found this one funny. Elliot Sadler who is sitting in his hauler in Newton just tweeted. "WOW! I thought I had seen rain before. However, when it rains in Iowa.....it rains!"
So they must be getting dumped on up there right now.

Starting to get dark around here and plenty of thunder. Glad I left the lake when I did. It looks like some serious rain a comin'.

I stopped and talked to him for a little while on my way back to the ramp. I warned him it was coming, but we figured he could get in a couple hours fishing before it hit.

Sitting here enjoying a beer, just waiting on it to hit. I didn't water the garden today, and I've already fished, have to work the next 2 days, and plan to fish the next 3 after the weekend. Bring it!

She let loose here but wasn't nothing spectacular. Rained heavy for about 5 minutes so far. No thunder or lightning. Think I would have kept fishing if I was Dave.
